1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Final Bosu NFT License & Holder Agreement.
This document explains how NFT holders, creators, and fans can participate in building the Final Bosu universe while protecting its creative integrity.
In simple terms: This is the rulebook for how you can use your Final Bosu NFT art responsibly.
2. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Final Bosu including its characters, stories, worlds, and artwork belong to STUDIO BOKO SPAIN S.L.
You own the NFT token, not the underlying IP or trademarks.
In simple terms: You own your token; we own the universe it lives in.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, holding, or using a Final Bosu NFT, you agree to these terms.
If you don’t agree, please don’t use the NFT Art commercially or otherwise.
In simple terms: Owning or using a Final Bosu NFT means you accept these rules.
4. Holder License & Commercial Rights
Each verified holder receives a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and commercialize the artwork tied to their NFT for merchandise, prints, stories, digital content, or other creative products.
Total revenue from these uses must not exceed USD $100,000 per 12-month period unless an extended commercial license is obtained from STUDIO BOKO SPAIN S.L.
In simple terms: You can sell products featuring your NFT up to $100k a year after that, we set up a bigger license together.
5. Community License (for non-holders)
Fans who don’t own a Final Bosu NFT may create non-commercial artwork such as fan art, memes, and edits that celebrate the world as long as they don’t sell, mint, or profit from it.
In simple terms: You can make fan content, but you can’t sell it.
6. SUMMARY OF RIGHTS (RECAP)
Final Bosu & Bosu Legacy NFT collections
Create and sell merch, prints, comics, animations, digital content, or other products using the art of their NFT
Logos, trailers, soundtracks, official products, and collaborations owned by STUDIO BOKO
Free use under $100k gross revenue per year; above that requires extended license agreement
May create non-commercial memes, edits, or posts — no selling or brand use
Protected assets (incl. but not limited to): “Final Bosu,” “Keshuma City,” "Metora," "Respawn Express" and main characters Letsugo, Bull, Bear, Endo, Sandi, Boko
Edits, AI remixes, and reinterpretations allowed under community guidelines
No adult content, hate, politics, scams, gambling, fake NFTs, or impersonation
Selling your NFT transfers the license; you must cease commercial use
Rights automatically revoked if rules are broken

7. AI & Derivatives
You may remix, reinterpret, or re-illustrate your NFT Art using any tools, including AI, as long as it remains consistent with Final Bosu’s values.
You may not use Final Bosu Art to train AI models for commercial deployment without permission.
In simple terms: Have fun experimenting — just don’t train AI models on our art for business.
8. Forbidden Uses
You may not use Final Bosu NFTs or Art to create or promote content that: promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
contains obscene or illegal material
misleads buyers or implies official endorsement
harms the reputation of Final Bosu or STUDIO BOKO
In simple terms: Keep it positive and aligned with Final Bosu’s spirit.
9. Transfer of Rights
When you sell your NFT, the new owner automatically receives the same license.
You must stop using the Art commercially as soon as ownership changes.
In simple terms: The license travels with the NFT.

Spam, exploit, or misuse your rights.
Apply to the Creator Playground for collabs.
Use logos or names without written permission.
In simple terms: Follow the DO column and you’re good — the DON’T column will get your license revoked
11. Logos & Name Guide
Usage
Using your NFT Art on merch
As long as it’s your NFT.
Including “FINAL BOSU” text / logo
Only with written approval.
Using Keshuma City or character names
Request permission first.
Editing or reselling Final Bosu logo
Not allowed under any circumstance.
Adding credit line “Featuring a Final Bosu NFT I own.”
Encouraged for clarity.
12. Termination & Revocation
Your rights end automatically if:
you break these terms,
you sell your NFT, or
you use the Art for forbidden purposes.
STUDIO BOKO SPAIN S.L. reserves the right to revoke or limit rights to protect the brand.

13. Disclaimers & Liability
Final Bosu NFTs and related Art are provided “as is.”
STUDIO BOKO SPAIN S.L. offers no warranty of value, performance, or future benefit and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from NFT ownership or use.
In simple terms: We don’t promise your NFT will make money — and we’re not responsible if it doesn’t.
14. Updates to the License
STUDIO BOKO SPAIN S.L. may update this license at any time.
Changes take effect once posted on our official website.
Continuing to own or use your NFT means you accept the new version.
In simple terms: If we update this License, the new version applies when posted.
15. Governing Law & Contact
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain and the courts of Las Palmas, Canary Islands. For licensing or collaboration requests, contact hello@finalbosu.com.
